Yes, it’s highly recommended to practice your song a few times before coming to the studio.

This will save you 15–30 minutes during the session.

You don’t need to memorize the lyrics. You can glance at your phone, but it’s better to print them on A4 paper. We suggest not holding the paper in your hands but putting it on a music stand. We’ve got one in the studio.

It’s also good to bring some water. If you forget, no worries — we’ll provide our own.

Here’s how to prep:

1. Rehearse the song at home.
2. Print the lyrics and bring them to the studio.
3. Bring a bottle of still water.

For vocal recording, we’ll find the nearest studio to you. I know what to look for, so I’ll help you pick a good one.

I’ll give clear instructions for the recording. You’ll work with a local sound engineer to lay down the vocals.

They’ll send me the files. If everything’s fine, I’ll finish the track.

We operate legally, pay taxes on all income, and are registered as a business.

We use licensed software. Programs, plugins. We play fair and pay developers for the tools we earn money with.

We have high-end equipment. Microphones, preamps, acoustic treatment. The raw recordings come out sounding 👍🏻.

In the end — we do it really well, consider your wishes, are pleasant to deal with, and always meet deadlines.

Basically, we’re reliable and consistent. If something goes wrong, we don’t ghost you.

Instead, we face problems head-on and discuss how to fix them.

If it’s tough to pay 30,000–50,000–200,000 rubles all at once, we can offer installment plans through our partner bank.

Alternatively — you could always record in a foam-padded booth with some local rappers using a RODE NT-1A and Focusrite Solo for 4,000 rubles. For that price, they’ll write the music, tweak the lyrics, edit your vocals, and mix it. They might even throw in a cover design.

I’m not saying they do a bad job. But we charge what we do for a reason.

We offer the best recording conditions we can. We constantly upgrade our equipment to improve the quality of mixing.

But good music, recording, and mixing are only 25% of a song’s success. Another 25% is the concept behind the song — the lyrics, the story, the emotion. The remaining 50% is promotion.

Promotion is a different craft. It requires different tools and budgets.

That’s what marketers at music labels do.
